September 2022 Balance Changes

Hey Chief,

We’ll be introducing a couple balance changes in an upcoming maintenance. We’ll time the maintenance and balance changes to go live after the “Less is More” Clash Fest Challenge ends in order to not affect anyone’s final scores.
